Jean A. Conz
Jean A. Conz, 81, formerly of Frederick Street, Steelton, and recently of Vine Street, Selinsgrove, passed away on Jan. 8, 2019, at Arden Court, Harrisburg. She was born July 17, 1937, in Steelton, a daughter of the late Louis and Antonia (Lalic) Belicic. Jean was a 1955 graduate of the Catholic High School of Harrisburg. Shortly after graduating, she met her husband, Charles G. Conz who preceded her in death in 1998. She was an active member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, Selinsgrove. Jean had a passion for, in no particular order, her extended family and friends, many charitable organizations in the greater Susquehanna Valley, golf, poker and dogs. She is survived by one son, Charles J. Conz, and one grandson, Matthew M. Conz, both of Los Angeles, Calif. A viewing will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 S. Second St., Steelton. A second viewing will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday at the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Fairview Drive, Selinsgrove, with the Rev. Tukura Pius Michael as celebrant. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Selinsgrove. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions may be made to the Harrisburg Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association ( alz.com ). www.pennlive.com/obits
