Frances "Frankie" Mae Croxton Evansville, Ind. Frances "Frankie" Mae (Galloway) Croxton, 73, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at her son's home. Frankie was born in Evansville, Indiana on July 7, 1945 to the late Edward and Rena (Barnett) Galloway. She attended Cedar Hall Elementary School and Central High School. Frankie enjoyed playing Bingo, was an avid Chicago Cubs baseball fan and was a faithful member of Harvest Community Church. She loved her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Frankie is survived by her son, Donald Croxton Jr. of Evansville, IN; daughter, Crystal Dawn Croxton of Evansville, IN; sister, Mary; brother, Jimmy; and by her grandchildren, Megan Croxton, Donald Croxton III, Brenton Myers, Cierrah Myers, Caliegh Uziekalla, Delanie Uziekalla, Avery Uziekalla, and Zoey Higgins. Frankie was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Gene Croxton Sr. in 2010; her parents; sister, Edna; brother, Glen; and by her daughter-in-law, Kristi Croxton. A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave., Evansville, IN 47711 with Pastor Paul Higgins officiating. Entombment will be held at a later date at the Locust Hill Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may visit from 10:00 AM until service time on Saturday at Browning Funeral Home.
