In memory of
Carol Ann (Paul) Baer
Carol Ann Baer, age 80, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 1st, 2019, at her residence in Mount Kisco, New York.  She was born December 9, 1938 in Bloomfield, New Jersey to Peter and Pauline Gutka Paul. She married Ellis F Baer on June 6, 1956 in Elkton Maryland and the couple celebrated 51 years together.  Carol worked as a secretary at Kent Bicycles and Regent Scheffield Cutlery and was a hardworking and diligent employee.  She lived life to the fullest with her husband and children.  Traveling was one of Carol's favorite things to do as she has visited St Thomas, Hawaii and many other places in the US.  Some of her favorite hobbies were making ceramic sculptures, knitting and crocheting, needlepoint tapestries, and for the last several years, crossword puzzles.  She enjoyed having family around her and loved chatting with people in general.  Her memory was always sharp right to the end.  In fact, she often would remind others of the details or appointments that needed to be taken care of. She was truly an animal lover and her dog Max, a Maltese, was always at her side to keep her company and safe.  Carol is survived by her three children, Jeff, Greg and Lori, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, aunts and friends.  Family, friends and others whose lives Carol has touched are invited to Cassidy-Flynn Funeral Home Inc. 288 East Main Street Mt. Kisco, NY 10549 on Sunday January 6, 2019  from 1-4pm.
