Antol, George Age 89, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 surrounded by family. George was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 23, 1929. The youngest of seven children, George grew up in Jefferson Park. After graduating from high school, George began working at A.B. Dick Company where he met his wife, Celia Margalski. They were married in 1952 and shared 66 years together. George served in the U.S. Naval Reserves. Throughout his life, George was a dedicated family man who was active in the church and demonstrated a deep faith in God. George was preceded in death by his parents and six siblings, Louis, Rudolph, Julius, Paul, Helen and Lydia. He is survived by his wife, Celia; son, Mark (Nancy); grandchildren, Joseph and Lydia; brothers and sisters-in-law, Corinne Antol, Joseph and Mary Margalski, Gloria Margalski, Tom and Candy Margalski, Mary Ann Margalski; and many beloved nieces and nephews, as well as relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 10:00 a.m. at Christian Life Church, 400 E. Gregory St., Mt. Prospect, IL 60056.
