Edmond Paul Mulaire
Edmond Paul Mulaire Hastings-on-Hudson - Edmond (Paul) Mulaire, of Hastings-on-Hudson, passed away December 4, 2018 from complications of Parkinson's. He was 87. Paul was retired from the Metallic Lathers and Reinforcing Ironworkers Local 46 where he worked for more than 30 years helping to erect many NYC skyscrapers. Paul graduated from Mt. Vernon High School before joining the U.S. Army from which he was honorably discharged after serving in the Korean War in Germany. Paul and his wife, Phyllis, raised six children in Hastings. A man of many talents, Paul was known for his iconic style of drawing, producing thousands of works. In his spare time, he built stunning stone terraces at their home. Most of all, Paul was a generous and loving patriarch to his large family whose dedication to his beloved wife of 64 years is a paradigm to which all can aspire. Paul was preceded in death by his eldest daughter. He is survived by his wife, sister, five children, fifteen grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
