Kelly MARILEAN KELLY November 30, 1925 December 3, 2018 Marilean Kelly, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grand mother, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2018 in Colorado Springs. Born Marilean Doyle on November 30, 1925 in Pioneer, Iowa, she was the oldest child of the late Ann and Leo Doyle. After graduating from high school in 1943, Marilean was an operator and supervisor for the telephone company in Humboldt, IA. until her marriage to John Kelly in 1947. They moved to Colorado Springs in 1957, where they raised their five children. Marilean is proceeded in death by her beloved husband, John and her four siblings. She is survived by her children: Mary Davis (Kevin), Bishop Gregory Kelly, Theresa McCormick (Wayne), Dennis Kelly (Patti), and Jeanette White (Doug). Marilean took great joy in her nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, each of whom she loved deeply. Visitation is Friday, December 7, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 pm, Rosary at 7:00 pm-Swan-Law Funeral Home, 501 N. Cascade Ave. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 2318 N. Cascade Ave. with the internment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. In gratitude for the gift of their compassionate care, donations can be made to Pikes Peak Hospice, 2550 Tenderfoot Hill St., Colorado Springs, CO 80906, Home -- Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care.
