GARY M. WILSON July 10, 1951 ˜ November 24, 2018 Gary M. Wilson, Vancouver, WA, passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 24, 2018. He was born July 10, 1951 as the 3rd son of Don and Helen Jane Wilson of Ravenna, OH. Gary moved to Boise, ID where he started his career in the trucking industry. He then married the love of his life, Elaine M. Gross from Rocky River, OH on Dec. 25, 1975. Gary started as an independent trucker before joining management at May Trucking in Payette, ID. He relocated to Vancouver, WA to join Market Transport, Inc. where he worked for 25 years, finishing his lengthy career as President. Gary enjoyed time with his family and close friends which included annual fishing excursions, hunting, road trips, time at the beach, car racing events, and listening to loud music. He loved spending time with his 5 grandchildren. Gary will be sorely missed. He is survived by his wife, Elaine; daughters, Jessica (Dan) Iverson and Nicole (Mike) Leffel; son, Bud (Brandy) Wilson; five grandchildren; four brothers, Don M. Wilson (Lynn), Jeffrey M. Wilson (Brenda), Richard M. Wilson (Joan) and William R. Wilson (Victoria); and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
