Jeremy David Knappenberger Jeremy David Knappenberger, 39, of Jim Thorpe, passed into eternal rest on Friday, Oct. 5, 2018, in his residence. He was the husband of Mandy J. (Galgoci) Knappenberger. They were married for 10 years on Aug. 9, 2018. Born in Lehighton, he was a son of David A. and Milissa C. (Hawley) Knappenger. He was a 1997 graduate of Jim Thorpe High School and later graduated from the Lincoln Technical Institute, where he was named to the President's List while enrolled in the electrical technology curriculum. He was of the Lutheran faith. A kind soul and compassionate individual, Jeremy loved his family, playing the guitar and animals of all types. Surviving in addition to his widow and parents are a daughter, Hailey F. Knappenberger of Jim Thorpe; a sister, Amber B. Knappenberger of Jim Thorpe; and his paternal grandparents, Earl and Shirley Knappenberger of Ashfield. Service: Private funeral service and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
