Jacqueline May McCarty (Aunie) Callonea
We regretfully announce the sudden passing of Jacqueline (Aunie) May McCarty Callonea. She was born July 28, 1931 in Sacramento to Charles and Alice McCarty. She graduated from Grant Union High School in 1949. Jackie's work career included medical and dental management. She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony Callonea and her daughter Lisa Machado. She is survived by her daughter Leslie and her husband Michael Moreland. Grand-daughters Kayleigh and Dave Merin, Adrianna and John Pereira, Lauren Prediger, Jennifer and Rick Newman, Parker and Zachary Moreland and most of all the love of her 6 Great Great Grandchildren. A life filled with love and laughter, country dancing, high school-West Coast Swing, crazy shoes and Rapping (there's a story). She passed peacefully with family September 14, 2018. Jackie will be laid to rest at Fair Oaks District Cemetery.
