AUDREY RITA McMULLEN
McMULLEN AUDREY RITA Age 92, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 10. She is survived by her children, Tim (Annette) of Colorado, Deborah Lesniak, Larry (Teresa), Dion (Casmera) of Pittsburgh, and Marrianne McMullen (Jeff Epton) of Chicago; along with 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Caryl Schiller, of New Jersey. Audrey married the love of her life, the late Tom McMullen, who operated the Pennzoil service station in Dormont for 30 years. She was a dedicated founding member of Saints Simon & Jude Parish, nurse, seamstress, painter, volunteer at numerous places, and most favorite of all, competitive bridge player. Audrey was preceded in death by her brother, Fred Schweinberg; grandson, Mitchell McMullen; and daughter-in-law, Diane McMullen. The McMullen family thanks the compassionate caregivers at Brookdale Senior Living, AHN Hospice, and Comfort Keepers. Donations in her memory can be made to the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Nursing Excellence Fund.
