Matthew M. Lewis
LEWIS, MATTHEW M. of Coventry, formerly of Warwick, beloved son of Dr. Peter J. Lewis and the late Jane G. Lewis, passed away unexpectedly September 7 at home. Matthew was raised and lived most of his life in Warwick. He attended CCRI and the University of Maine and formerly worked as the Photo Manager at CVS and Walgreens. In addition to his father, he leaves behind his brothers Ryan C. Lewis of Raleigh, N.C., and Michael P. Lewis and wife Kayla of Warwick, as well as his beloved nephews Thomas and Michael. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, September 15, at 9:00 am in Saint Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Road, Warwick, to which relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Burial will be private in Saint Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, 8201 Corporate Drive, Suite 1000, Landover, MD, 20785 or Catholic Charity Fund Appeal, c/o Stewardship and Development Office, 1 Cathedral Square, Providence, RI 02903 in his memory would be appreciated.
