Barbara A. Barry
Barbara Ann Barry, age 73 years, of Middleboro, died on Sunday, September 9, 2018. She was daughter of the late Thomas and Eleanor Barry. She was a graduate of Quincy High School, class of 1963. Nursing was her calling and she loved every minute. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, volunteered with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and was a faithful member of the Sacred Heart prayer group. Barbara was an avid fan of the New England Patriots. Survivors include a son, Thomas H. Wilson III and his wife Jennifer of Fort Lauderdale, FL, three daughters, Eleanor Ellie Wilson of Middleboro, Erin Connolly of Hanson, and Bridget and her husband Raymond Thomas of Middleboro. She was the sister to Thomas F. Barry Jr. (deceased) and his wife Joan Barry of Whitman, and Robert Barry and his wife Fran of Kissimmee, Fla., Rita Hoyt (deceased) and her husband George Hoyt of Rockland, and Eleanor Nardone and her husband Thomas of Plymouth. Also survived by 8 perfect in every way grandchildren, Dereck, Alexander, and Kasey Armour, Alyssa Wilson, Ashley Connolly, Kathryn, and Sarah Thomas, and Joseph Wilson, a great-grandson, Ryder Weichel, several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, September 14, from 4-7 p.m. in the Ashley Funeral Home, 35 Oak St., Middleboro. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 15, at 9 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, 340 Centre St., Middleboro. Burial will be private.
