DURHAM - It is with great sadness that the family of Robert "Bob" Ashworth Pollard announces his passing, on Sunday, Aug. 26, 2018, at the age of 81 years. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 58 years, Nancy and his children, Bill (Jennifer) and Linda (Vince). Bob will also be fondly remembered by his four grandchildren, Kyle, Courtney, Alexandra and Ryan, and by his brother, William Pollard. Bob was predeceased by his brother John Pollard. A native of Wellesley, Mass., Bob graduated from Suffolk University. Bob's professional life lead him to owning an independent insurance agency and after selling the agency he enjoyed working as a residential real estate agent. Bob and Nancy lived and raised their children primarily in Old Chatham, N.Y., before moving to Portsmouth/Durham N.H. in 2004. SERVICES: A celebration of Bob's life will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, Sept. 22, at The Community Church of Durham, 17 Main Street, Durham, N.H.
