Curtis D. Martin
Curtis D. Martin, 51, of 33 Walnut Street, Fitchburg, MA, passed away unexpectedly on August 22, 2018 at his home. Mr. Martin was born January 3, 1967 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Robert Martin and the late Sydney (Stark) Martin. He lived in Massachusetts since 1982, and previously had lived in Texas, New York and Louisiana. He was never married, but was predeceased by longtime girlfriend, Debbie (Hyder) Vittum. She passed December 26, 2016. Mr. Martin graduated Concord-Carlisle High School in 1985 and had owned and operated Curtis Martin General Carpentry since 1991. Survivors include his father, Robert Martin as well as his two sisters and brothers - in -law, Stacey and Dan Blankenship of Sugarland, Texas and Hillary and Mark Wainwright of Nashua, New Hampshire, three nieces and two nephews, Karis Blankenship, Hannah Blankenship, Crissa Wainwright, Travis Martin and Seth Blankenship. He also leaves behind one great nephew, Jayden Bedard. Mr. Martins remains will be buried in New York and a later date.
