Keith R. Ludewig 1956—2018 Keith R. Ludewig, 62, of Forreston died Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at Monroe Clinic Hospital. He was born January 5, 1956, in Freeport to Marvin J. and Gladys (DeVries) Ludewig. On April 9, 1983, he married Marlys L. Buisker in Woosung, IL. Marlys passed away March 28, 2011. Keith farmed and was an industrial technician at Etnyre Manufacturing upon retiring in 2015. He was a member of Prairie Dell Presbyterian Church. Surviving is his daughter, Eloyce (Theda Williams) Promenschenkel of Crab Orchard, KY; brothers, Gale (Nancy) Ludewig of Forreston and twin brother, Wayne (Cindy) Ludewig of Forreston; sister, Donna (Robert) Orr of Knoxville, TN; and many nieces, nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces. Keith is preceded in death by his parents and wife. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at Prairie Dell Presbyterian Church in Forreston, with Rev. Donna Gericke officiating. A visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home in Forreston. Burial will be in Forreston Grove Cemetery.
