Mary Lee Lloyd
Mary Lee Lloyd Delmar - Mary Lee Lloyd, born June 7, 1926 in Dunedin, FL and died August 23, 2018 at Delmar Assisted Living in Delmar Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Elisha W. Davis, Sr., and Helen B. Davis. She led an active life having worked for Eastern Shore Public Service, now Delmarva Power from 1943 to 1950. She later worked with her husband in the Real Estate Appraisal business. She was an avid golfer at the Elks Club and not only scored a hole in one but was also the Ladies Club Champion three times in 1969, 1975, and 1987. She was a member of the Elks Ladies Auxiliary and the Mall Walkers each day. She donated her time to the Christian Soup Kitchen and affectionately known as the salad lady. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Alice Lloyd and her husband Marion F. Lloyd and brother-in-law, Wayne Norman Lloyd. She is survived by her brother Elisha W. Davis and sister-in-law, Margaret Ann Davis; brother-in-law, Harold (Buddy) Lloyd;She is further survived by her children, John R. Lloyd (Susan) of Salisbury, and Christopher L. Lloyd (Linda) of Delmar.; Grandchildren, Jennifer Trader (Matt), John R. Lloyd, Jr. (Taye), Angela Lloyd, Tracey Bostwick (Mark), Kelly Lloyd and Lindsay Jones (Joey); Great-grandchildren, Monroe Trader, Macallan Trader, Cassie Dempsey, Cole Dempsey, Case Dempsey, Coen Dempsey, Chase Bostwick, Jordyn Bostwick, Blake and Brianna Lloyd, and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Trinity United Methodist Church, 112 High Street, Salisbury, MD. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be private in Wicomico Memorial Park, Salisbury. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, Wicomico Public Library, 122 S.
