Shaquya "Shay" Reyette Ruise was born September 20, 1990, in Jacksonville, Florida. On August 10, 2018, Shay was called home to eternal rest. Shay was raised in Macclenny, Florida where she established residence and attended the public schools of Baker County, graduating from Baker County High School in 2009. She was a member of St. James Baptist Church where she sang in the choir under the leadership of Pastor George Smith. Shay's life was dedicated to her children. Grandfather, Ralph Ruise, and grandmother, Allean Holland precedes her in death. She leaves cherished memories with the love of her life, Gary Mosley, Jr.; nine beautiful children, Makhai, Gavin, Jaden, Gary III, Takhyrie, Miguel, Sevyn, Savayah, and Skylar; one stepdaughter, Na'Shaunti Mosley; mother, Victoria Ruise, father, Wyndell Wallace (Almeda), stepfather, Aldolphus Warren; sisters, Minnie Wilcox, Courtney Porter, Wynesha Wallace and Amelia Wallace; brothers, Kevin Holton, Wyndell Wallace, Jr.; grandmothers, Cleo Ruise, and Cassandra Lockett; godmother, Cathy Magwood; hosts of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Shaquya "Shay" Ruise will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2018, at Emmanuel Church of God in Christ, Macclenny, FL, Superintendent Joe Nathan Ruise, Pastor. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Friday, August 17, 2018, at Emmanuel COGIC.
