Eunice T. Pegram
Eunice T. Pegram, 88, of Montpelier, Virginia, passed away on August 8, 2018. Eunice retired from the United States Postal Service where she served as Mineral Virginia Post Master. Eunice is survived by her loving husband, Ralph Pegram; and two daughters, Barbara Jean Walker (Penny) and Ruby Kay Tompkins (Johnny). She is also survived by her grandchildren and their spouses; Jacqueline Wadle (Chris), Michelle Crowder (Scottie), Petey Taylor (Sheila), Kim Williamson (John) and Jaimie Snead (Jason). Other survivors are her great-grandchildren; Alex Wadle, JT Crowder (Lindsey), Ashtyn Taylor, Jordan Snead, Jacob Wadle, Jamison Taylor, Kaylen Snead, Savannah Williamson; a special niece, Brenda Cassell (Carl); and the family cat, Peanut. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to express their gratitude to Heartland Hospice Services, specifically Kendra, Julie and Stacey, who cared for Eunice so well in the last few weeks of her life here on Earth. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2018 at Chapel Church of Christ, 16263 Woodman Hill Rd., Montpelier, VA.
