ROXBURY - Justin I. Coutts, 49, died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2018, at his home. He was born April 16, 1969, in Burlington, the son of Robert and Darleen "Pudgy" (Kelly) Coutts. He is a graduate of Northfield schools and attended Champlain College. Mr. Coutts was a meat cutter for 12 years in Northfield, Burlington and Waterbury. He later worked in construction with his father for a few years before starting his own contracting business, Coutts Property Services. He enjoyed building projects, camping, playing horseshoes, cards, attending sporting and music events. Survivors include his father, of Northfield; a sister, Kalyn Surprise, of Northfield Falls; a niece and nephew. He was predeceased by his mother. Per his wishes, there are no calling hours or services planned. Arrangements are by Kingston Funeral Home in Northfield.
