Betty J. Musho
Betty Jeanne Musho, 94, of Unity Township, died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2018, at the home of her daughter, in Greensburg. She was born Jan. 9, 1924, in Unity Township, a daughter of the late Simon Frank and Ruth Eva (Albright) Trice. She was a member of PA Farm Bureau and the 314 Infantry Association. She was a lifelong dairy farmer who loved her golden gurnsey cows. She was a musician who loved guitar and singing country western and gospel music. She loved to sew and crochet and was a wonderful homemaker. "Honey" loved to take pictures, capture memories and travel with her husband. It was important to her to keep her family close. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sigfried A. Musho, March 8, 2007; and three sisters, Mildred Kimmel, Elsie Harbaugh and Evelyn Thomas. She is survived by her son, Darryl S. Musho and wife, Janet, of Latrobe; two daughters, Collene J. Musho, at home, and Melanie R. Altman and husband, Roger, of Greensburg; her granddaughter, Rebekah R. Musho; stepgrandchildren, Jeanine Arent and (Kevin), Dub Altman (Melanie) and Jennifer Altman; a number of stepgreat-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Rita Musho and Mildred Musho; several nieces and nephews; and her granddog, Molly. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity. Additional visitation will be held from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral service to begin at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Paul Reformed Cemetery, Mt.
