Bruce Donald Raymond
Bruce Donald Raymond passed away at his home in Aurora, Colorado, August 1, 2018. Bruce was born June 2 1950 to Donald and Lenora 'Pinky' Raymond, in Coldwater. He graduated from Coldwater High School in 1968. In 1981 Bruce moved to Union City, California going to work for Sysco Food Systems, later relocating to Grand Junction, Colorado, then to Aurora, Colorado. Throughout his life, Bruce loved participating in any kind of sport including softball, basketball, and golf. Bruce was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also loved woodworking and giving a helping hand to anyone who needed it. One of Bruce's favorite pastimes was playing darts with his sons. They won many tournaments in the Grand Junction area, even traveling to Las Vegas for tournaments. Bruce was preceded in death by his father in 1969, and his mother in 2016. He is survived by two sons, Bram Hawley of Coldwater, and Justin Raymond of Aurora, Colorado; siblings Diann (Hoopie) Hoopingarner, Larry (Karla) Raymond, Denise (Dennis) Keller, Lois (Jesse) Jaynes, and David Harrison. Also many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Bruce will be loved always and sadly missed by all of his family and the many friends he made throughout his life. There will be a service and interment at a later date.
