His great skill as an underwriter and his strong client relations served him, the bank and his clients well through good markets and bad. He was a loving husband, father, and member of the local community and of the parish of the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen. He loved to fish, particularly in Ocean City, Maryland, where he spent time every summer. A long-time member of The Harvard Club of New York City, he enjoyed sharing deep conversations and laughs with lifelong friends. He leaves his cherished family to honor his memory, including his wife, Bonnie Allen Printz of Baltimore, Md.; his daughter, Christine Marie Penny of Boulder, Colo., as well as two younger sisters, Charleen DeMauro and Patricia Paras. Private services will be held in Ocean City, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Mr. Penny's name to The Michael J.
