RUSSELL B. SKELTON July 26, 1925 ~ June 30, 2018 Russell B. Skelton (92) was born on July 26, 1925 and passed away on June 30, 2018. He was a graduate of Red Bluff Union High School; served in the Naval Air Corp as a Navigator on the PBY Catalina. He worked for Diamond International and Pactiv until his retirement. He enjoyed making knives for family and friends, gold panning, fishing and deer hunting with his family. He is survived by his wife of 72 years Mary, Son's Michael and Russell, Daughter Cheryl Smith and his brother Rodney Skelton. He was preceded in death by sons David and Steven Skelton. Also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 12 Great-Grandchildren. At his request services will be private and donations can be made in his memory to the PBY Memorial Foundation, 270 SE Pioneer Way, Oak Harbor, Washington 98277 The family would like to thank Dignity Health Hospice for their care.
