Noble was born on November 5, 1934 and passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018. Noble was a resident of Capon Bridge, West Virginia at the time of passing. Noble graduated high school in 1952, was a United States Army veteran, a member of the National Association of Hypnotherapist and was also a private pilot. He is preceded in death by two brothers: Jack and Bobby Clark and a sister: Terri Willis A funeral service will be held at the Giffin Funeral Home & Crematory in Capon Bridge, WV on Wednesday, March 28th at 7:30 PM. Inurnment will be privately held. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, PO Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
