A devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather, he served in the US Army Air Force during World War II. After graduating St. John's University Law School, he was admitted to practice law in NY in 1948. He served as Director of Organizing for the Southern Conference of Teamsters and lectured at several universities throughout the nation. He has been a Florida resident since 1956.
