Laguna, Frank C. 12/22/1930 - 11/12/2016 Frank C. Laguna, 85, died November 12, 2016 after a brief illness in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Julia, sister Lupe Esparza and husband Gene of Orange, and many other family and friends. Mr. Laguna retired as International Representative from the OP & CMA International Union in Washington D.C. He was a member of Local 500 in Santa Ana, CA. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 10:00 AM at La Purisima Catholic Church in Orange. Burial will take place at the Riverside National Cemetery.
