John D. Moore RIVERVIEW, FL: John Douglas "Doug" Moore, age 61 of Riverview FL passed away Tuesday evening at Sun City Center, Ruskin, Fl surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Columbus to the late Thomas W. and Dorothea (Bell) Moore. He was an Underground Utility Estimator and Project Manager. He attended the Church in the Park in Bonita Springs, FL and was a member of the Collier County Contractors Association and Naples Buckeyes. Doug enjoyed NASCAR, watching the Everglades Blades Hockey Team, The Ohio State Buckeyes Football Team and going on cruises. Doug was most proud of starting his own business American Underground putting in underground utilities. He is survived by his children:, Debrah (Bradley) Benson of Winston-Salem, NC, Jonathon (Kelley) Moore of Florence, SC, Michael (Kayla) Moore of Rock Hill, SC; grandchildren: Zoey and Lydia Moore, Infiniti, Tristian, Samuel Benson; brother: Randall (Judy) Moore of Riverview, FL., brother-in-law: Larry Jenkins of Riverview, Fl. Preceded in death by brothers: Phillip, Charles; sister; Katherine Jenkins. Friends may call Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, 73 W. Walnut St, Marengo, OH where services will follow immediately at 1 p.m. with Pastor Greg Rice officiating. Interment will follow in the Bloomfield Cemetery.
