David Richard "Dick" Hohman, 74, of Culpeper, VA passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016 in Prince William Hospital, Manassas, VA. He was born September 9, 1941 to Frederick and Pearl Mountjoy Hohman. Dick loved his ministry to man, his family, hunting and the Redskins. Surviving Dick is his wife, Dawn E. Hohman; his children, David A. Hohman, Dean A. Hohman, Jennifer D. Hohman (Michael Hicks), Carrie Moore (Robert E.) and Kate M. Hohman; his grandchildren, David R. Hohman, Sarah E. Hohman, Tony A. Hohman, Hannah F. Moore, Cora Rose Hicks and one great-grandchild; his siblings, Frederick E. and Thomas F. Hohman, Norma G. Haynes and Linda A. Mura. Also there are a number of nieces and nephews and Dick's right-hand man Jeffery O. Fincham. The family will receive friends Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016 from 5:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. at the Clore-English Funeral Home with a Celebration of His Life at 7:00p.m. Interment in Dumfries Cemetery, Dumfries, VA will be Friday, January 22, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the building fund of Miracle Tabernacle Church of God, 11617 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.
