Anthony Scott "Tony" Pottle
PERRY - Anthony "Tony" Scott Pottle, 44, was with his family as he passed peacefully on Sunday evening October 18, 2015 in Machias after a brief illness. He was born July 3, 1971 in Silver Springs, MD. He enjoyed building, many outdoor activities, and music. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Stuart Green Post #65 in Lubec. Tony especially liked helping his family and friends. He is survived by his loving children Katie Lynn, Braden Anthony, and Ashli June; his parents Richard "Scotty" and Wende; a sister Melissa; and many family members and friends. Tony's family gratefully acknowledges the staff of EMMC and DECH who provided for Tony's comfort. The family especially appreciates the assistance of Melissa Mallock Farren during this difficult time. A celebration of Tony's life will be held 4 pm Friday Oct. 23rd at the Lubec American Legion.
