DR. DORAN FARNUM
Farnum, Dr. Doran Dr. Doran Farnum, long-time resident of San Juan Capistrano, passed away on April 30th, 2015 at the age of 102. He practiced medicine in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, before semi-retiring to California in 1975. He retired fully in 2013 at the age of 101. He always said that as long as he could help people he would continue working. The only thing he loved more was his family. He is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Gretchen H. Farnum and his son, Doran Farnum II. He is survived by his daughter, Gretchen L. Farnum; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on July 25th at 1 PM at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church in San Juan Capistrano, California. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation in his name.
