Priscilla Jane Williams CRAWFORDVILLE - Priscilla Jane Montague Patterson Williams, 76, who retired as a court reporter for the Second Judicial Circuit, died Monday, March 6, 2006. A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. EST Thursday at St. Teresa Episcopal Church in Crawfordville. There will be a private graveside service at Oakland Cemetery in Tallahassee. Harvey-Young Funeral Home of Crawfordville (850-926-3333) is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32308, or St. Teresa Episcopal Church, 1255 Rehwinkel Road, Crawfordville, FL 32327. She was born in Tallahassee and had been a resident of Crawfordville for almost three years. She was an official court reporter for the Second Judicial Circuit from 1961 to 1967 and from 1973 to 1990. She was a member of Pierian Honor Society; Leon High School Sophomore Council; FSU Chi Omega Sorority; Garden Club of Tallahassee, Vanda Circle; Iris Garden Club of Crawfordville; Junior League of Tallahassee; National Society of the Colonial Dames of America, Tallahassee chapter; National Shorthand Reporters Association; and Friends of the Leon County Public Library. She was a volunteer for English as a second language and was a church-office volunteer for St. Teresa Episcopal Church. Survivors include a son, John Patterson Symon (and wife Kelly); two daughters, Mary Symon Lewis (and husband Scott) and Priscilla Jane Symon; a brother, John Howell Patterson Sr.; a sister, Elizabeth Patterson Ajemian; five grandchildren, Jeshuana Symon Koch, Sarah Jane Symon, Candace Danielle Symon, John Patterson Symon Jr. and William Gregor Lewis; three nieces, Jeanne Patterson Rawlings, Susan Patterson Roberts and Barbara Williams Russell; six nephews, Father David John Ajemian, Andrew Howell Ajemian, John Howell Patterson Jr., Jim Williams Jr., David John Williams and Douglas Williams; five grandnieces; and six grandnephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Donald Gregor Symon.
