Bonnie M. Jenkins
Bonnie Marie Jenkins, 88, of Lignum, VA passed away at the Culpeper Regional Hospital, Culpeper, VA Friday, February 7, 2014. Mrs. Jenkins was born to Rev. James Harvey Daily and Selena Tyner Daily November 15, 1925; was a member of First Century Baptist Church and a former member of the Richardsville Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad Auxiliary. Bonnie loved her family, yard work and her cats. Surviving Bonnie is her husband of 47 years, Russell "Tommy" Jenkins of Lignum, VA and her children, Gloria O'Neil of Lignum, VA, Bobbie Miller of Lynnville, TN and Pete Jenkins and his wife Sharon of Culpeper, VA. She also had 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and a niece and nephew. Christine Finneyfrock was her loving caregiver. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; her children, Bill Durden, Bonnie Kaye Foster, Joey Durden and her siblings, Ben Johnson and Pauline Marcinko. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Clore-English Funeral Home with burial in Sperryville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, February 10, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Clore-English Funeral Home. . Condolences may be given at clore-english.com.
