MASON January 21, 1942 to May 18, 2013 Karen Alma Mason, aged 71, daughter of Maxine and Earl Reitz, passed away peacefully May 18th, 2013. Karen was a native of North Little Rock Arkansas, a longtime resident of San Antonio TX and member of the Oak Hills Country Club. She had several West Highland White Terriers and was very active in South Texas Westie Rescue, she loved cooking, having studied under Julia Child. Karen began her career as a stewardess for Overseas National Airways flying in and out of Tokyo, Wake Island and Viet Nam, she retired from working with Keller Williams Realty of San Antonio several years ago. Karen is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Richard J. Mason, she is survived by her children Ian Boysen and Heather Boysen, as well as four beautiful grand-children. Donations may be made in her name to the Humane Society.
