In memory of
James S. Russell-Horimoto
A beautiful smile, a sweet and gentle soul, James S. Russell-Horimoto of Panama City, Fla., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 14, 2009.
He now is home and at peace. James, born March 2, 1990, loved music, adored animals and was a devout Oak-land Raiders fan. He cherished his alone time, sometimes spending hours alone in his room, enjoying his treas-ured peace and tranquility. His new best friend was his kitten, Clyde, and he loved him so.
James was met in heaven by his great-grandparents, Alexandra and Jim Yaxley, Roy and Sadie Russell, Mar-garet Heritage, Scott and Pearl Crotsley, Shigeru and Kikume Horimoto; and, of course, his beloved dog, Fudge. Left to cherish his memory is his loving family; his mother, Candice Russell (Eric) of Panama City; father, Harold "Buddy" Horimoto of Panama City; grandparents, Larry and Marilyn Russell of Gulf Breeze, Fla., Alice and Harold Horimoto of Panama City and Frederick Heritage of England; a sister and brother, Christina Horimoto and Car-nell Horimoto, both of Panama City; uncles, Gary Russell of California and Dennis Horimoto (Debbie) of Pensa-cola, Fla.; aunt, Kim Shively (Randy) of Tallahassee, Fla.; and great-aunts, great-uncles, numerous cousins and numerous friends.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2009, at Garden of Memories Cemetery with the Rev. Hayward Miller officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2009, at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Active pallbearers will be Travis Rogers, Gary Russell, Dennis Horimoto, Randy Shively, Eric Sellers and Paul Hixson.
