Lawrence Barley was born in Baltimore, MD on May 27, 1950 to the late Donald and Winifred Barley (nee Condit) and was a lifetime Maryland resident. Mr. Barley was a 1968 graduate of Andover High School.  He served in the Air Force during the Viet Nam Conflict. An artist who enjoyed taking day trips, collecting books and being in the great outdoors. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Robert Barley. Left to cherish his memory are his brother Thomas and Lance Barley and sister of Valerie Barley of Glen Burnie.  He passed away peacefully at the Elkton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and will greatly missed by his family.
