Earline Edith Stringer
Earline Edith Stringer, 90, of New Chapel Hill went to be with her heavenly father on Friday, July 17, 2020.  Earline passed away peacefully in her home in New Chapel  Hill. Services will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Jackson's Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home in Tyler. Visitation will be on Monday, July 20, 2020 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at Meadowbrook Cemetery in Paris at 2:30 PM. Earline was born on January 23, 1930 in Lamar County to the late Alvin Ethridge and Elizabeth L. Merritt. She was a longtime member of Bethel Baptist Church in New Chapel Hill and worked for Chapel Hill ISD. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Norman Andrew Chennault and second husband, Grady, "G.G." Stringer, as well as 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Survivors include sons, Gerald Chennault of  Frisco and Kenneth Chennault of Tyler; sister, Dorothy Elizabeth Gandy of New Chapel Hill; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
