GLEN ARTHUR JONES September 22, 1944 ˜ December 23, 2018 Glen Arthur Jones was born September 22, 1944 in Vancouver, Washington, to Robert Beverly Jones and Helen Maggie Barber. He passed away peacefully at home on December 23, 2018. Glen was a resident of Vancouver for 38 years and Portland, Oregon for 33 years before moving to Stayton, Oregon. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran, and worked for the SP&S and BNSF Railroads for 38 years. His hobbies were family history and genealogy, hunting and fishing, as well as RV-ing. Glen was a member of the Clark County Genealogical Society and several other Genealogical and Historical Societies, lifetime member of the VFW and NRA, and past Master of Hazel Dell Grange #1124. Glen is survived by his spouse of 35 years, Bonnie E. Jones; and numerous nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Celebration of Glen’s life will take place on Sunday, December 30, 2018, at 2 p.m., at Weddle Funeral Service in Stayton, Oregon.
