Joan Frances Roisland June 23, 1943 - Nov. 30, 2019 Joan was born in Portland to Billy Calvin and Vivian Frances (Stubbs) Cummins. She worked for Fred Meyer as a Nutrition Manager and Price Changer, retiring in 2008. She was married to Glenn Gilmore Roisland. Mrs. Roisland was preceded in death by her brother, Raymond Reynolds Dailey, Jr., in 1968; her partner of 25 years, Richard Harrell; and by her son, John Roisland in 2019. She is survived by children, Robin Sullivan of Pebble Beach, Calif., Charles Roisland of Damascus, Ore., and Timothy Roisland of Boise, Idaho; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will take place at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020, at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home in Portland. Please sign the online guest book at www.oregonlive.com/obits
