June M. Bush of Binghamton June M. Bush went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 5, 2004, at the Oxford Veterans Home after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Leslie E. Bush; six children and their spouses, Janice and Ralph Darling, Jerry and Roberta Bush, Robert and Gerlinde Bush, David and Victoria Bush, Susan and Gilbert Swart, and Ricky Bush; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; sister, Audrey Walicke; two sisters-in-law, Ruth Carter, Fla., and Eunice Brown, Mich.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was employed by Norman's Market and Warehouse. Funeral services will be held Friday, 2 p.m., at Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango St., Port Dickinson, with Rev. Robert St. Clair officiating. A private burial will be in Chenango Valley Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the funeral home, Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those wishing kindly consider memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association Southern Tier Chapter, 1406 Monroe St., Endicott, N.Y. 13760-5495.
