David Andrew Cervoni December 3, 2004 - May 31, 2021 Richmond, Kentucky - David Andrew Cervoni, 16, passed away in a motor vehicle accident on May 31, 2021. He was born in Lexington, KY on December 3, 2004, the son of Thomas D. and Kathleen E. Cervoni. David is a student at Lexington Catholic High School, and excelled in academics and athletics including lacrosse and cross country. He was nearing his honor of Eagle Scout status with the Boy Scouts Troop 103. David is beloved for his lively energetic spirit, his spontaneously funny character, and his always happy personality. He is the ideal son, brother, and friend to all, and is so dearly missed. In addition to his parents, he is survived by four siblings, Matthew, Rebecca, Mark, and Christy, three grandparents, and many other relatives. A visitation service will be held on Sunday, June 6, from 4-8 pm at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. A funeral service will be on Monday, June 7, at 11 am at the same church, followed by interment at Calvary Cemetery in Lexington, KY.
