In memory of
Larry Wayne Yardley
Celebration of Life begins in 36 days
In memory of
Larry Wayne Yardley
Middleton - Larry Yardley passed suddenly, but peacefully on Tues, May 11, 2021, at the age of 66. He was born on July 31, 1954 in Reno, Nevada and grew up in Boise, ID. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was fond of boating and motorcycle riding as well. Always ready to learn, and ultimately to teach, he completed his studies and became one of the Treasure Valley's Master Plumbers as a charter member of that association. He loved to represent the Local 296 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union. Larry also enjoyed teaching the apprentices of plumbing and journeymen who will become our plumbers of the future. He was instrumental in plumbing both City Lights Women Shelter and Boise Rescue Mission. His passion was serving family, friends, and his community. He received numerous awards and certificates during his many years of employment. His work as a plumber could only be called exemplary! He is survived by his wife Dee Dee Yardley; his mother Gail Smith (Yardley); his siblings: Suzanne Olivieri, Robin Bowen, and Mickey Yardley. Our family, and his friends, will never forget him and we will not go a day without missing him. A celebration of Larry's life will be held on Monday, September 6, 2021 at the Kristin Armstrong Municipal Park starting at noon. This is in combination with the Local 296 Unions Labor Day BBQ.
