Kenneth Seymour Kenneth (Kenny) Seymour passed away at his home in Eastpoint on Monday, March 22, 2021. Kenny was born in Louisville, Kentucky in 1951 and moved to his home on St. George Island with his wife, Mary, in 2002. He and Mary moved from the island to their home in Eastpoint in 2012. He loved the Forgotten Coast with all his heart and always told us to never take the beauty of this special area for granted. Kenny was a devoted husband of 50 yrs. To his wife Mary, a loving and caring father to his son, Kyle, and absolutely cherished his three beautiful granddaughters, Taylor, Kylie and Mia. He was an electrical contractor who established his business, Alternative Electric Company, in Eastpoint in 2002. He was a very hard working man who loved his chosen career along with his beloved Kentucky Wildcats. Family came first with Kenny and there was no one who took better care of those he loved. His family and friends will miss him tremendously. He leaves behind his wife, Mary, son, Kyle, and his three granddaughters – Taylor and her husband Austin Henley, Kylie and Mia. He also leaves behind his brothers, Eddie and his wife Janice Seymour of Kentucky, Kevin and his wife Tammy Seymour of Kentucky, sister, Sandy Benefield of Alabama and his two wonderful and fellow Wildcat fans, aunts, Joyce Seymour and Nancy Batten of Kentucky.He is preceded in death by his parents, Ken and Edna Seymour.
