James (Jim) Osborne, 75 of Midland passed away on May 9, 2021 after a brief illness. Born in Little Rock, AR to the late Louis & Lerlene Osborne. Proceeded in death by parents and sister, Sue Farmer. Survived by wife Patricia of 55 years, Dwayne & Sherri Freemen, Miron & Janice Sargent, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friend, Alice Chapman. Jim loved auto racing of all kinds, fishing, particularly in his home state of Arkansas. Jim always enjoyed a good joke and visiting with everyone but was a good listener too. He especially loved teasing nieces and nephews. Not a friend or family member he didn't try to help. Per Jim's request, no services will be held. Cremated ashes will be scattered at a later date. Arrangements made by American Heritage Funeral Home. Please, no flowers or plants. You may donate to Hospice of Midland on Jim's behalf if you feel the need to do something.
