Ashley Christon Lynn April 28, 1987 – March 25, 2021   Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.  Matthew 19:14   Ashley Christon Lynn (33), of Tyler, TX, was born April 28, 1987 and peacefully passed into her heavenly Father’s loving arms on March 25, 2021. While her life with us was much too brief by our earthly standards, her life was full, bringing abundant joy to everyone that she met. Though she had physical limitations, she was quick to find ways to achieve that which she desired, even if it meant ordering someone to obtain it for her. Ashley brightened every room that she entered. Now, she is running, dancing, singing, and brightening every room in heaven. Without filter or façade, she was quick to  express exactly how she felt, and unconditionally expressed her heart-felt love for others. Ashley loved to be the center of attention.  She had a unique sense of humor, loved church, music, magazines and especially jewelry.  It was not uncommon to see Ashley with a ring on every finger and her wrists covered in bracelets. Ashley was the beloved daughter of  Daphne & Michael Campbell, Rusty & Ann Lynn and Lezlie & Kerry Don Stringer. Ashley ran to Heaven’s gate and was joyfully greeted by her great-grand-parents, John & Juanita Beam, grand-parents, Lewis & Pat Campbell, and grand-mother, Shirley Wilson, all of whom predeceased Ashley. Ashley was loved and adored by her sisters, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, who survive her, all of whom she loved to spend time with.  7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the LORD, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day-and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.  II Timothy 4 : 7 - 8 A celebration of Ashley’s life will be held in the Chapel at Marvin United Methodist Church, 300 West Erwin Street, Tyler, TX 75702, on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Ashley’s family would like to thank Dr. Doug Baker, Pastor Gerry Giles and Pastor John Wayne McMann, of Marvin United Methodist Church, for their loving care, prayers and support. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Children’s Ministry and/or Stephen Ministry @ Marvin United Methodist Church, in Tyler, TX.
