In memory of
Ray Omar Brault
Ray Omar Brault passed away December 6, 2020 after a brief diagnosis with cancer. Ray had been residing in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Ray was born April 24, 1953 to Clarence and Elaine Brault, the third of seven children and grew up near Gentilly. After graduating from high school in Crookston, he attended Vocational Tech in Staples to study heavy equipment operation. While on the job on the Iron Range he met the love of his life, Nancy Koepke, and were married and had twin boys, Jason and Todd. Sadly, Nancy met with a tragic accident in 1991. For years, Ray ran his own business blading the township roads among other items. When this came to an end, he took jobs as a heavy equipment operator between Idaho and Arizona where he made his home in the winter. In his free time, he liked to see the grandkids when he could, visit with friends and ride his Harley Davidson. Left to mourn his passing are Alex Priest – special friend; his sons Todd (Shannon) Brault, Jason (Angie) Brault, David Seddon (who was like a son to him), Diane Seddon who had a special place in his heart; grandchildren Stormi Brault, Mattalyn Brault, Korby Brault, Kieler Brault, Conner Brouse, Brianna McDonald and Andrew McDonald; and siblings Maurice (Shawn) Brault, Teri Brault (fiance Jerry Januszewski). He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy; parents Elaine and Clarence Brault; siblings Robert Brault, Walter Brault, Mike Brault and Mary Rose Sirek. Due to COVID-19, his inurnment and Celebration of Life will be at a later date and the announcement will be forthcoming.
