Mr. Coy Gene Finley, age 82, of Putnam County, TN, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at his residence. He was born on February 21, 1938 in Putnam County, TN to the late Will & Notie (Bailey) Finley. Coy enjoyed riding his Harley, he was a hard worker and having worked on the pipe line at 77 years old. In addition, he loved to tell jokes and make people laugh.
