In memory of
Norman Emory Kindon
Norman Kindon, better known as Buddy Dad, Storman Norman, or just Buddy to those closest to him, was a loving and caring individual who lived a fruitful life with selfless dedication. He was born and raised in Warner Robbins, Georgia by his parents Dorothy and Emory Kindon. It was in Georgia where he met his beautiful, future wife Angela Kindon. After marriage, Norman and Angela had 3 children while living and working in Georgia prior to moving to Slidell, Louisiana. This move not only allowed the New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers to grow on him while still cheering for his Atlanta Braves from the bayou, but this move forged new friendships. First and foremost, Buddy was a family man, and a man of his word. He spent countless hours assuring family members and friends were always taken care of, and he put others and their needs before his own. It was selfless acts such as these that made him the husband, father, grandfather, friend, and buddy we will all remember and will always cherish. Our Buddy, Norman, is survived by his wife Angela Kindon, his three children and their spouses Jennifer Kindon & Brandon Laiche, Kristy and Jason Miller, and Eric and Kristen Kindon. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren: Austin and Christian Miller; Zealand, Oona, and Phoenix Laiche; and Andy Kindon. Buddy also gets to meet his granddaughter, Abigail Kindon at heavens gates. To a wonderful man that will be missed and loved. We love you Buddy and will miss you until we meet in heaven! A Funeral Service will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.
