(nee D'Amico) Passed away peacefully on May 8, 2020. Dorothy passed comfortably under the exceptional care of the professionals at O'Neill's Healthcare North Ridgeville. Born December 16th, 1921 in Cleveland to Joseph and Pauline D'Amico. Sister to Josephine (Nick), Mary and Fred. Dorothy was a faithful Catholic and devout wife to James Mastromateo (deceased). Survived by her loving daughter Lenetta Lozinski (Roger-deceased), Proud grandmother to Steve, Roger (Donna), Lisa Hanna (Kenny) and Laura Eiseman. She was blessed with great grandchildren, Stephen, Joshua, Andrea, James, Christine, Jacob, Kenny, Ryan, Eric, Brian and Kevin, and further blessed with her great great grandchildren Nolan, Stephen, Harmony, Kian, and Emma. She will be fondly remembered by her nephews and their wives. Throughout Dorothy's life she enjoyed cooking for the family for Sunday meals and holiday events. In addition, Dorothy worked at the Hilson Nut Company for over 50 years. Our family would like to thank the Hilson family for their support and acknowledgement of Dorothy's hard work throughout those years. For the past five years, Dorothy was a resident of O'Neill's Healthcare North Ridgeville. Our family has been overwhelmed by the exceptional support the entire staff provided Dorothy throughout her final journey. Lenetta and Family thank each staff member for their love, care, and dedication. Thank you to all who have expressed their condolences and prayers. Due to the pandemic, and out of concern for extended family and friends, services will be private. A Memorial Mass will be announced at a later date.
