Wini Cutsforth Nov. 14, 1931 - Oct. 5, 2019 Winifred V. Cutsforth died Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019. She was surrounded by her loved ones. "Wini" enjoyed golfing and playing bridge. Her work with the Mayors office was something she was proud of. This job gave her many exciting opportunities and travel adventures.
