James was born on February 24, 1949 and passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. James was a resident of Rockford, Illinois at the time of passing. Graduated from Charter Oaks High School in Charter Oak, CA. Memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 3910 N. Rockton Avenue, Rockford, IL 61103 with Reverend William R. Wentink officiating. Visitation will be held from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family, for a memorial to be established at a later date.
